2.3 Meta Connection (Facebook / Instagram)
- Meta OAuth access token (long-lived, up to 60 days), which allows publishing campaigns on your behalf
- Your Meta advertising account ID
- Your associated Facebook Page ID
- We do not store your Facebook password or access your personal profile beyond what is necessary for the advertising integration
2.4 Generated content and campaigns
- Advertising campaign strategies you create on the Platform
- Ad copies generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Ad images generated by AI and stored on our servers
- Audience targeting settings (countries, interests)
- Campaign budgets
2.5 Usage and technical data
- IP address
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited within the Platform and date/time of access
- Session information (authentication cookies)
2.6 Payment data
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store card numbers or complete banking details on our servers. Stripe acts as an independent payment processor with its own privacy policies.
3. Purposes of Processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the service)
- Create and manage your account on the Platform
- Generate AI-powered ad copies using your brand information
- Generate AI-powered ad images using your brand information
- Connect with your Meta account to publish advertising campaigns on your behalf
- Process subscription payments
- Provide technical support
- Send you essential service notifications
Secondary purposes (you may object)
- Send you marketing communications about new features
- Analyze aggregated and anonymous Platform usage to improve the product
4. Data Transfers to Third Parties
To operate the Platform, we share data with the following service providers (data processors):

5. Data Retention
- Account data: while your account is active. Upon cancellation, we delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
- Meta tokens: deleted immediately when you disconnect your Meta account or cancel your subscription.
- Audio recordings: processed for transcription and deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
- Generated images: retained while your account is active so you can reuse them.
- Billing data: retained in accordance with applicable tax obligations (minimum 5 years under the Federal Tax Code).
6. Security Measures
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, securely hashed passwords, role-based access control, and short-lived session tokens.
7. Your Rights (ARCO Rights)
Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to:
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
- Opposition: object to the processing of your data for secondary purposes (marketing).
To exercise your ARCO rights, send an email to digitalcompass.ia@gmail.com with your full name, description of your request, and a copy of an official ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your session active and ensure the Platform's functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for our own advertising purposes.
9. Minors
1Klick Ads is exclusively intended for people over 18 years of age with legal capacity to enter into contracts.

We may update this Policy periodically. We will notify you by email and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform when changes are material.
